In addition to a history of experience stemming back to our launch in 1875, we also utilize partnerships with design companies that possess leading design capabilities in Japan, house foreign factories superior in quality control capability, and are steeped in cost awareness. These sources fuel our diverse array of product planning.
■Product sales
We strive to provide satisfying products to as many people possible
In addition to business-to-business sales within Japan, we also sell directly to customers through sources including Amazon Japan.
And concerning international sales as well, we are advancing sales in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and China.
For China in particular, we are engaged in a project to provide products directly to customers, including cross-border e-commerce efforts.
■Brand shop development
We want to wow customers with a one-of-a-kind brand in brick-and-mortar shops.
We are currently unveiling stunning experiences throughout Japan, and we will continue growing as a quality brand that customers love, with products that rival any famous brand name.
In 2024, we are slated to begin preparations to launch a foreign partner branch in Singapore. Our goal is to develop a brand that will amaze and satisfy customers abroad as much as it does within Japan.
